MD3600f - unable to manage with new version of MDCU software - v2.1

Hi there, we have our storage array managed on an old 2003 server which I am trying to decommission.  I have downloaded the new MDCU 2.1 software and installed it on the new 2012r2 server.  I have configured the new MDCU software with the IP addresses of MD3600f array and it can see it.  It tells me the Service Tag etc - but I just can not do any management.  The config wizard option is greyed out. I have uninstalled the management software from the old server in case the disk array 'thought' it was already being managed - but that has not made any difference. Does anyone have any help or advice please?

I am having the same issue. I am new to Dell storage appliances and this is a bit disheartening. Discovery works but cant manage....
