T310-BIOS not installed; no virtual disk found

Question

Server reboot this am to a black screen saying BIOS not installed, no virtual disk found, then goes through the procedures to a network boot.  Can this virtual disk be recovered?  Thanks.

Which controller. Do you have a CTRL-R prompt and can you get into the configuration utility?

Press CTRL-C or CTRL-R during POST when prompted to enter the configuration utility.

After hitting ctr-r to get into the utility, it says PERC S300 Virtual disk mgmt

What IMPORTANT information do you see? State of the virtual and/or physical disks, etc.

Physical drives have green checkmarks, does not see a virtual disk
