The System board Riser cable or interconnect is not connected or improperly connected.
Hi ,
I have issue "The system board riser cable ot interconnect is not connected or improperly connected." at R630's iDRAC.
iDRAC8 Firmware : 2.10.10.10.
By above issue, I can't check the CPU, MEMORY, and PHYSICAL DISK at iDRAC.
Any idea?

Hello.
Try powering down the server and re-seat the PCIe risers and associated cables if any. Ensure that the risers are firmly seated and the cables fitted.

Errore - "HWC2005: System board Riser cable or interconnect failure. Check connection." on Dell R820.
after a secure shutdown, I re-inserted riser card 1 and turned it back on. The server has permission to start .
After 1 week the server recorded the error via idrac
same picture .
Do you have any ideas for how to fix the above error, thank you

Hi @Phuong_Long,
Is the server's BIOS and Lifecycle firmware up to date? What is the current version of firmware on the server now?
Could you let us know if there is any hardware changes? Any new cards installed? Processor upgrades? Could you provide us the Riser 1 DPN#? How many processors are there in the server?

Can you share the part# of various risers installed on Riser 1, 2 and 3 slots of the server? You can refer below link to locate various riser slots.
