Touchpad Issues Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series

Hey guys,

Ive recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 7559 laptop and installed windows 7 x64.
I've installed all the drivers from the Dell website that matched my model, however i still have issues with the touchpad. I'm able to right/left click but not scroll. I tried downloading the alps and synaptics drivers for touchpad and restarted the pc without any help.

Anyone experienced issues like this and found a solution?
