Laptop Keyboard stops working after i press capslock
Laptop Keyboard stops working after i press capslock. it is working again only upon restarting the laptop. and the problem repeats on pressing capslock again and again . I am using Dell inspiron 15R 5520. Please any help to get this sorted out. if i Use onscreen keyboard, the problem doesnt replicate.
PLease help.

Please update the drivers for keyboard and chipset to the latest available version from our Dell support site.
Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.
