Can I get you to gather a Drive Dump log from the drive so that we can review it to see what is wrong with the drive? I will send you a private message that you can reply to with the drive dump log.

that inventory lost is probably going to be an intermittent issue, picker on it way out

Is there a way to confirm which component has failed? What are my off-warranty repair options?

Hi Sam,

Thanks for your offer of help. I have sent you the drive dump log as requested. 

This unit is off warranty. It would be helpful if we could identify the failed component to determine our repair options.
