Alienware Thermal Control Command center error

Hoping I have the right area for this, but the past 2 days I've had this error pop up, telling me the Alienware thermal control has an error. That is the error below. I tried a system restore but its telling me I don't have any restore points, which hasn't happened before. I redownloaded the command center and ran it, but the thermal control side of it keeps getting the error. Also lately when I run speccy to see what temp my system is running at, the dual graphics cards now just read a Plug n play monitor instead of the 2 geforce cards.
