Hi ekeste,
The CMOS battery for your system should be able to be ordered visiting this link but since I am not seeing it you will probably need to call Dell directly at the number listed. Another option is to order it elsewhere, it is pretty standard but will have a wire connected to plug the battery in.
Here is a link to the Service Manual on how to remove/install it (it will be under the coin cell section under the Service Manual PDF).
