Boot Inspirion 3647 with DVD

I have found the boot sequence thru F12 but not sure what choice to make.  I think that maybe the 'Advanced Startup' in Settings:Recovery may do it for me but I want to be sure.

I need to be able to use a DVD since my PC does not recognize a flash drive so I have to use a DVD.  This would be for a full system restore from my backup or a full restore to a new hard drive if I have a hard drive crash.
