Cannot connect to discover and config Uninitiakized storage center

Dear all,

when i connect to SAN Scv 2020 via cable RJ45 from PC (IP: 192.168.0.100/24) to MGMT on SAN, and use software "Storage Management Client". but I cannot because error Service Tag...

I dont know happen.. Please advise me this proplem..

Plug both of the management ports into your LAN, and plug the computer into your LAN (same vlan/network/broadcast domain), and then run the discovery.

Here is a link to the deployment guide for your SCv2020. http://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/storage-sc2000_deployment%20guide_en-us.pdf If you look on page 69 it explains how to setup and discover your SCv2020.
