Inspiron 15 7000, Model 7559 NOISY FAN PROBLEM

Does ANYONE know if ANYONE was EVER able to resolve this? I see a lot of people complaining about it and a lot of things tried, but no apparent fix. I just unboxed my brand new laptop last night and even while I was just setting up, e.g., entering my time zone, etc., the incredibly loud fan was driving me nuts. I called Dell. Their only solution was to send my brand new computer to Houston. HOUSTON!?! Really?? I explained that I work online and cannot be without a computer. They could care less. HELP!!!!! I can return it to the local store from which I bought it, if the problem is not resolvable (Dell feigns being completely unaware of it, by the way.) SO DISAPPOINTED!! I love this computer otherwise and have been a repeat Dell customer for over a decade. No more.

Please verify the latest BIOS version on the system by typing msinfo32 onto the [Cortana] search box, and then stroll down to BIOS version / date.
