Qualcomm-QCA61x4A-QCA9377-Wi-Fi-and-Bluetooth-Drivers are missing

About a few months ago my wifi and bluetooth were missing, I downloaded and installed the latest drivers and it worked. Now after recently installing a Windows Update (2017-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4041676)), it's not working again.

I've tried device manager (delete device, restart, scan for new hardware changes), I've updated all latest drivers, bios, etc. I've checked bios to see if it was disable and it doesn't even show that it is installed, I've uninstalled recent windows update, and I've gone to Services.msc and switched bluetooth from manual to automatic.

The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 5565.

Thanks.

I don't see the wifi card and the Bluetooth network drivers listed in the photo. You installed the network drivers and the chipset drivers in correct order or one at a time?

Please temporary disable the system's Antivirus software and firewall on the system. After, I suggest you download and run (as administrator) Network drivers one at a time.

By the way, type Network in the link below, you should see the Network drivers listed.

Thank you for your message.

Please try a system restore & check if the device gets detected, in that way you can check if this is an issue with the OS file or if there is a hardware failure.

What is the device ID under unknown devices?

For my reference, please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

You know, in the original attachment, it looks like the airplane mode is turned on.

Do you have the Killer Wireless card and what model .. 1535?

The unknown device might be another system on your network, possibly streaming or Bluetooth connection.

Any update Italia18 ? I'm assuming the Network drivers are installed now....

I also had issue with Qualcomm-QCA61x4A missing from device manager. All the suggestions I saw online are not related, and it's not any obvious human error (e.g., airplane mode, disabled, driver, or any message error that could be found from system, etc.). Based on original post, I believe Italia18 didn't make such obvious error as well. I further used F12 diagnose option during start up and found wlan is uninstalled, thus I believe it's hardware failure. I just replaced it with intel 8265 and everything is good now (mine is desktop, I'm not sure if it's easy to replace the wireless card on laptop).
