Dell 500w running UPS Management Software not able to connect to USB

I have moved the UPS from our old server to our new server, both are running Windows Server 2008 R2, on the old server it connected to the server without issues, now that it has been moved it will not connect via USB

I have downloaded the latest software for the UPS and the Server is up to date, but when i Auto Search UPS it starts looking but then fails with "UPS Communication Lost: Check connection and port settings"

Any thoughts on what i am missing
