Alienware X51 R2,Computer Freezing After clear reinstall the system.

I purchased this computer last year, and i have problem to turn on my computer. I try to reinstall the system at least 5 times with the official system CD. However, just a few minutes later, the system crash down again, and i can not turn on my system again. I already run the ePSA to check my Device, and it said No Problems. How can i solve this problem? Thank you!

I watched video ... Hard to tell. Maybe Optical DVD-Rom drive hardware is going bad or just a bad disc.

You can also access Task-Manager and/or Event-Viewer to see what happened there.

Thing is, you don't need to use Resource Disk (drivers are old). You can get all specialized drivers from support.dell.com . On a working computer, you could also copy files from disc to a flash drive.

Windows 8 should have most drivers. Until you prove hardware as good, I would only manually load things you really need or to fix things that are in error in Device-Manager or Devices-and-Printers.

Are you going to stay on Win-8 or do you really want Win-10?

I prefer Win8.1 which i am used it right now. The problem is I dont even have time to installed the drivers, the system will be crashed down in 2 min. The disc is New, and i already try to used the old disc to installed the system, the results is the same. However, I am not sure is the system problem or the Hard drive problem. This problem makes me so frustrated right now! Thank you!
