Alienware Aurora R1 and HD 6990?

Hey, All. I have an Alienware Aurora purchased on 12/31/2010.It is the Aurora R1. The HD 6990 is 12.5 inches long, and I have 2 6870's in crossfire. The 6870's are only roughly 9.5 inches long. So would that HD 6990 fit in my case? Thanks! I tried checking and it looks like there would be just less than half an inch left from the back of the 6990 (If I was to purchase one) and the fan.

I know our Dell OEM 0J15H AMD Radeon 6990 will fit. I cannot speak for the retail video card.

Hmm. So the HD 6990 from Dell would fit inside my Aurora R1? If I wanted one of these cards, how could I get the card from Dell? (I won't be purchasing the card for quite a while still). UPDATE: I did a bit of research and many different brands of this card (Powercolor, Diamond, MSI, Ect.) all differ slightly when it comes to how long the card is. The reference design is 12.2 inches, correct, Chris? The others range from 12 inches to 12.5 inches. If the card is even 12.5 inches, it could fit, but it would be a tight fit to say the least. I'd have to literally borrow one of these cards, put it in my PC, see if it fits or not, then give it back (As hard as that would be).
