Open the Event Viewer app and check the System log, then scroll to events leading up to the time your system restarted unexpectedly. There will be a lot of "noise" in that log, but you might find a log entry somewhere in the minute or so leading up to the restart that gives a hint as to what application or condition initiated said restart.
