I found this to be a bug.
Under Application Settings > Console Preferences , expand the SMB Setting dropdown and enable SMB V1
From what I gather, the iDRAC/CMC Interfaces do not support SMB2/3 so must have SMB1 enabled.

Yes, that's the correct solution needed for 12 and 13G iDRACS. 14G should be ok. And there might be a f/w update to help 12/13G in the near future.
