U2413, DUCCS does not show monitor?

When I go to Display Profiling in the DUCCS, as my display there is stated "DELF047" instead of my monitor which is Dell Ultrasharp U2413. Therefore, I cannot do the hardware calibration and choose one of the two slots on the next page. I have installed latest monitor firmware version 1.0.0.0 from 07/09/2015, and also latest version of the DUCCS. On one forum I found someone who had the same issue and helped him to uninstall latest version of the program and installation of older version 1.3.5. I tried it, however it did not help.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I do not see a customer accessible firmware update for the 2012 U2413? I only see the Windows 7/8/8.1/10 driver (inf/icm/cat) on the U2413 driver page. When installed, the U2413 should then appear in the Device Manager.

You should be using this version of the DUCCS after the above driver is installed and you have rebooted the computer.

* The monitor USB upstream cable must be connected to the computer USB port
* In a two or more monitor setup, only ONE monitor should be connected to the computer at a time when calibrating
* The X-Rite i1 Display Pro colorimeter should be tested in TWO ways =
Test it on all of the computer USB downstream ports
Test it on all of the monitor USB downstream ports

Hi Chris,

I installed the driver that you link to (version 1.0.0.0., date 7.9.2015 regarding info from device manager) + DUCCS (which is 1.5.8, the same I tried before). Of course then restarted and still the same, DUCCS shows DELF047.
I have another desktop PC, just different built, with the same monitor U2413 and there is not this issue at all. And there I use DUCCS 1.6.2 with the same monitor firmware driver. Both run on Windows 10. When I plug the monitor from first desktop having the issue to the second desktop, then it is OK and shows right model.

Based on your troubleshooting, the fault is not with the U2413, but with the first computer.
1st computer model, video card, video card port and cable used to connect with the U2413?
2nd computer model, video card, video card port and cable used to connect with the U2413?

The fact that AIDA64 correctly identifies the U2413 by model name means that the driver INF did in fact get installed in the operating system and is present in the Device Manager. I am stumped as to why DUCCS is not seeing it on that one computer.

Hopefully another DUCCS user will post their thoughts.
