S2716DG, keep noticing individual pixels / patterns

It might sound odd but i keep noticing individual pixels / tiny checkerboard patterns when moving bright or white windows on Dell S2716DG and in games when moving my camera. I still have my old TN 1680x1050 monitor connected as well and i never noticed anything like that on it. Is that something that happens on higher resolution monitors or am i just sitting too close?

Test the S2716DG at that same lowered resolution and Hz 60 as the old TN monitor. Do you see the issue? Assuming that you are still using the old 2014 GTX 970? You really should consider getting one of the newer Nvidia 10x video cards. The GeForce GTX 1060 is not that expensive and performs well.

No. I don't see pixels on 60Hz on an old monitor and i did see them on Dell clearly. In any case - i bought the new cable for Dell and i was able to switch above 85Hz without issues and it also reduced appearance of those pixels. Beyond 100Hz they just disappear and below they became less prominent.

Yes i will buy the next generation nvidia card. I mean 2k. There's no point in upgrading a GPU every generation and even skipping 2-3 generations is usually fine for gaming on high settings.
