U2718Q, HDCP 2.2 support using DP?
I recently purchased a U2718Q A01 monitor, and have it connected via Displayport to a motherboard with HD 630 graphics. The Kaby Lake generation, which does support HDCP 2.2. However, according to the Cyberlink "UHD Ready" program, there is no HDCP 2.2 supported on it. I have the latest driver installed for the HD 630 graphics. I do get a successful message for older HDCP versions though. Did the A01 revision of this monitor do away with HDCP 2.2 support?

Their response, "Regardless of firmware version, all U2718Q video ports use HDCP 2.2."

According to the User's Guide page 12, all of the ports support HDCP 2.2. I doubt that we would "remove" this capability when moving from A0 to A01.
* Download this tool to your windows desktop
* Install the application
* Open the BD & 3D Assistant icon on the desktop. What does it state for HDCP?
I would then move the monitor to a computer with a discrete Nvidia or AMD video card with mDP out port or DP out port. Then run the same test.

The U2718Q is hardware bound to HDCP 2.2. My guess is that the low end onboard Intel HD 630 GPU is the fault. You can try to install the latest driver directly from Intel. But until you get another system in there that is using a discrete Nvidia or AMD video card, we cannot know 100% if the U2718Q is at fault or not.

The firmware installed denotes the hardware revision. But all support HDCP 2.2.

I was able to make HDCP 2.2 work only after installing latest firmware M2B102. Using initial firmware DHCP was not working through DP, it was only working through HDMI. Spent 2 days trying to make it work, hope it helps someone. (FYI: Netflix does not work without HDCP, so basically it does not work on initial firmware)
