Blue dump on Precision 5820 Tower OS is Windows 7

Unfortunately, there is no picture of the BSOD, What does the BSOD show?

Dell precision 5820 gives BSOD after apply drivers step in SCCM and mentions error 0000007e and AMDKMPFD.SYS.

We tried to remove AMD Graphics driver but it didnot worked and error is still same.

Tried Bios update but don't think it has to do anything with this.

Is there something we are missing specifc to this models because our other 50 models have no issues at all works fine.
