DELL XPS 15 Brand New Not Starting - How to Replace?
Brand new Dell XPS Laptop is not turning on when i took it just out of the box. Does it mean, DELL doesn't test a laptop before sending it to customer. Also there is no contact support available over the weekend.
What are the options available here? How can it be replaced.

You'll need to call support to arrange a replacement of a DOA system.
Does the LED on the AC adapter come on when you plug it in?
