Hi JOcean. I have found a file directory that causes the Error. It is in App Data>Local>Mater. the Mater file has a sync application a text file having 7029 in ti and a file with a weird name. I have deleted the application and the problem seems to be gone. Thanks for your help. I will again wait 4 sometime and see if it is truly gone. But for the most part I think this is the solution.

The error address is important and the pictures are not visible until a moderator approves them. But going with very general information the following pages may help. Basically a RAM access violation.

Hi Thanks for Helping me. I have disabled a startup utility from Google.Inc . The problem doesn't seem to occur. But I want to be sure that The problem is completely gone. So I will wait for sometime. Incase the problem Is not memory related Here is what it says "Access violation at address 03BB30D8. Read of address 0E84A784". I request you to see if this really was a memory problem. I really hope it goes away once and for all. Thank you soo much for your help.

The following is more information. But have you tried to run in safe mode? Restart Windows in safe mode. See if the system is stable. Also try a clean boot. That will run Windows with only crucial drivers and programs. The problem is that one of your programs is trying to access a memory address that another program is already using. The trick is to find the offending program. Kind of a treasure hunt Windows 10 style.
