Hi Suresh,

from what I've heard it's basically Outlook Web Access (OWA) that isn't working (haven't tested it though).

The remaining functions (e.g. accessing a journal or user mailbox by MAPI shouldn't dependent on the sevice pack level) are just a matter of the right permissions. And accessing the forms as part of the public folders shouldn't change either.

That's my 5cents worth of info.
Bye, Jochen.

We have just upgraded to Exchange 2007SP1 and the pilot users are successfully using build 564. The only issue is, of course, that OWA 2007SP1 absolutely does not function with shortcut email.

Did you do a public folder install?

I think OWA with shortcut is not supported on Exchange 2007 SP1. Please check.

I have otherwise worked on Exchange 2007 SP1 and EX is doing all other things pretty normal.

Just in case you guys didn't get notification email from Powerlink. OWA support for Exchange 2007 is available from Powerlink download section as a hotfix.

EmailXtender 4.8 SP1 Hotfix 624
Provides support for Microsoft OWA 2007.
