Are you using latest Call Home Template? (If not, you can get it from EMC Technical Support - Open a Live Chat and ask Support Person for it)
Is there any specific alerts you have set for which you are modifying the template? If no, I will recommend to Import latest EMC Call Home Template and Configure it with a default setting. (Depending on the FLARE OS Version only informational alert you will get from that template will be Errors which have multiple Severity For Eg. Heart Beat)
