How to monitor share

HI there ....

My customer wants to monitor holder /directories in Isilon share ....

I am wondering that if they can use SMB parameters to notify users when files or directories are modified ... would this be possible ?

They use OneFs 6.5 .

Please let me know if anybody uses any kinds of setup to get notification when folder or Directory has been modified ...

thanks for the info ,, but it seems to be this is for quota ...

I have seen Document saying Auditing is only supported from 7.1 ... would 6.5 also can have audit setup ?

( means by which parameter ? )

in 6.5 very limited, not granular.
