VADP backup failed in networker 8.0.3 due to "Cannot mount the required number of volumes"

Hi All,

We are now using networker 8.0.3 and client is windows 2003 sp2 and we are facing the below issue while taking VADP backup and getting failed.

Could we have any solution for that, please tell me?

Disk 2 Datastore name : VM_OS_PG-R

Obtained the virtual disks for the VM.
Change block tracking is disabled for VM: server_name

File level Recovery from Image level backup is enabled.
MORef for the VM is obtained.
Obtained the virtual disks for the VM.
Using 'nbd' as the transport mode for Hard disk 2.
Using 'nbd' as the transport mode for Hard disk 1.
Starting mountvm operation.
Successfully mounted the VM as a file system.
Cannot mount the required number of volumes. Exiting.
The VADP proxy and the VM client are possible clones of each other or derived from the same parent. Please try by setting the transport mode as nbd.
Cleaningup VADP mount operation.

See if the mount directory (c:\mnt) getting cleaned after backup.

At times, some residual files inside the mount directory might causes this issue. If it exists, clean it and retry backup.
