Hard and Soft Backup Limit

Hi team,

I have implemented this hard and soft limit features in my client’s backup environment but i have some doubts :

Is this limit applied to the data in the client backup side or in the Avamar client total protect data in the avamar server side ?

Hi Paulo,

I am from EMC Support, I am an Avamar Subject Matter Expert.

Hard and soft limits apply to pre-dedup data, that's to say scanned data on client side.
