Sure. You'll find it stated in the Configuration Limits table of the 4.* RP Release Notes but there's also reference in the RP Admin Guide.
This feature was introduced with the 4.0 release in conjunction with the vRPA feature as it's the only way for vRPA's to replication synchronously. It's in the feature list of the RP 4.0 Release Notes.

RecoverPoint can replicate synchronously over IP with a qualified 10ms or less RRT latency.
