CloudIQ, How to use? doesn not accept my login info

Question

Hi, I'd like to use CloudIQ to have an online dashboard and AFAIK this is free for every one with a Unity box. When clicking on the Icon on the right top of unisphere a windows opens and asks for an EMC login. I enter my user and password (which is registered and works everywhere which a normal account is needed but nothing happens and it goes back to username page and asks for username. Is there any other thing I should do in order to use CloudIQ? Or any special account is needed ? Thanks
