Equalogic PS4210 SA-9005 : Monitoring is not supported
we have an Equalogic PS4210 and it's identified in SupportAssist Enterprise. But when i click the details, i see there is a message:
SA-9005 : Monitoring is not supported for the device.
did I configure somthing wrong ?

Hello,
What version of SupportAssist do you have installed? It does look like the PS4210 is supported by SupportAssist Enterprise 2.0, is that what you are using?
