External harddrive stopped being recognized by Dell laptop

My LaCie Rugged Mini USB3 SCSI external harddrive suddenly stopped showing up on my Dell laptop. It shows up in Device Manager, but I can't access anything on the drive. It works on other computers. And it had previously been working on mine.

Any suggestions?
