PN338M, driver missing?

had same issues, I think I might be missing something I even called dell support and they tried fixing it and they couldn't do it either.

Was the pen working earlier? Did it stop working after any recent updates or software changes?

Read through this, "Dell Active Pen PN338M Support Center". It shows the compatible systems.
