Precision 3530 with Dock TB16, power adapter issue

Hi,

I was issued a Precision 3530, Dock TB16, and AC Adapter 240W for work.

But, when i connected everything and trying to start while docked, i have this error message:

You have attached an undersized 60W power adapter to your system, which is less than the recommended 130W power adapter.

I double checked and the power adapter is indeed labelled 240W, so there's no reason I can see for this message.

After getting this error message, I choose F1 to start Windows (on workstation), and everything works (display, mouse, keyboard and charging workstation battery to full...). The error message, however, continues to come up when restarting my workstation from my dock, so I continue to choose F1.

Where should I go from here? I worry this will affect my battery going forward.
