Games crashing on Dell 5770 since bios and windows update
I have a dell 5770 with AMD530. After the latest bios update my games are crashing
I have attached screenshots of the system. Can this be a hardware issue or a driver issue?
Or I have to re-install windows?
I have reinstalled AMD software
I had issues with my MS Office as well, which was fixed after repairing it
Any help will be appreciated.

finally i found the way to downgrad
1- download the bios update file
2- rename is to BIOS_IMG.rcv
3- copy it to usb with FAT32 format
4- shutdown your laptop and unplug the AC
5- press Ctrl+Esc (hold) and plug the AC but keep pressing until see bios recovery window
6 -bios recovery

I have the same problem with my 5570, all games are crashing to desktop, did you contact dell? When will they issue next bios update? Hope it will fix the issue

Revert back to previous BIOS that was working with your games.

I contacted Dell. Dell has the worst support. The so-called Tech support guys don't understand the issue and keep troubleshooting something else. I literally wasted 4-5 hours with Dell support.
Hopefully the fix comes out soon

According to Dell official support , there is NO POSSIBLITY to downgrade 1.2.3 BIOS. Are they noobs or so ?
