XPS13 9630 SSD capacity problem after SSD replacement

I am using XPS13 i5 (7th Gen) version. I bought a new 1TB ssd (Kingston A2000 1TB version). Then, I follow a tutorial to replace my ssd and reinstall the window (https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/upgrade-dell-xps-13-ssd). I was successful to reinstall the window and reboot it. 

However, i check the SSD capacity that is still showing 256GB and cant show the 1TB capacity. I can confirm that SSD is 1TB when i was using Macrium Reflect to reinstall my window. It show 1TB capacity.

Any one will know this issue and help!
