GPU on Dell 7588 is not detected in bios or device manager.
However, the diagnostics show that the GPU fans still run.
Does anyone have any idea whats going on with the laptop?

What video are you supposed to have? The integrated Intel UHD alone or with Nvidia GTX? Did you check Display Adapters in Device Mgr? You need to explain what the exact problem is to get help.
