Popping off WiFi antennas is blocked by plastic covering

To be specific, I dont actually have an Inspiron laptop, I have a Dell G7 15 7588, but I cant seem to find a location for that, so I'm posting it here. I'm trying to pop off the white and black cables for wifi in order to disassemble my laptop, but there is a clear plastic covering blocking me from popping them off. Is there any way I can remove this covering or an alternative way to remove the antennae? Thanks so much.
