Call Dell support in your location and walk through the troubleshooting with the technician as requested. If that doesn't get the system to power up, and you've purchased direct from Dell in a location where there's a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you have three options: 1. a refund, 2. a replacement system, or (far less desirable) 3. a warranty repair.
