Sorry for the delay. Would you run the following update on the drives? Also would you confirm if you go to Minimum to Post, as described previously, and then add the drives before adding anyhing else back, does it still ramp the fans?
Lastly, after you update the drives, would you run a diagnostic on the drives?

yes, this is any of the drives. as i mentioned above, the certified Dell enterprise drives do the same thing as any of the other ones.
