Faulty laptop

Can anyone help with WUR replacement order number . I returned my faulty laptop. But they are not delivering replacement. The replacement order was placed on March 31, 2021. It is standing still since then. Warranty team is not goving solution only apologises. How can i escalate to resolve this issue.

Hi, I purchased inspiron 3505 on March 2" 2021 and returned it as WUR replacement. Dell received it on April 13, 2021. They have not sent me new replacement laptop. How soon can i expect a replacement.

This is strange. Dell does not have one spare unit for replacement. Not able to use the purchase since March 2, 2021. Their promise to provide another model if similar not available has failed. Very dissatisfied with this behaviour.

Hi team, can anyone look into this on priority. Any contact who can expedite WUR issue. Starting to loose hope now. Email team not responding.
