umm.. ok let me c, not sure if i know where to get all you want.. but here goes...

been trying to get mine to work for 6mths and still no good.. any advice offered would greatly accepted

post your setup to include driver revs for the tape drive and the SCSI controller you are using. Also what is the actual tape drive ie. DDS4,DLT ect.

I am unable to locate any info on that particular tape drive with Windows 2003.  That drive was delivered with Win2K, it may have never been qualified with w2k3.....all just speculation at this point.

You may want to contact Certance (formerly Seagate) for an answer about that particular model.

the drive was preinstalled on a poweredge 600sc, which itself was pre installed with windows sbs 2003
