My r11 is ahead of schedule, due to arrive Monday instead of the 29th. Normally I'd be thrilled but all I've read since ordering it is about how they overheat. Now I can believe it since the system basically has no really cooling going on. 

I've been looking at other pre builts but many of them share similar issues like the hp omen. 

One thing that I have read is that dell will send a service person to your home to fix issues which won't happen with other builders.

Now that still does me no good if my system is always throttled and not performing like it should. 

Looking for suggestions on if I should take any action about this. My system has the aio water cooler, but those aren't exactly fantastic with a dinky 120mm radiator.
