I have had this laptop for around five years and two years ago the oveclock functionality stopped working. I have reinstalled every driver on the laptop many times over aswell as the alienware command center. I removed microsoft's core protection, hyerV and viral machine platform. I don't know why the overclock won't show up. Even installing older versions of alienware command center.5 and.6  hasn't fixed this issue. On my last alienware command center download i have an error message that says the OS or other app blocks the functionality( i can't link the image here for some reason).
