X17: 2 Red & 7 Blue blinks blinking power light. Will not boot. Continuous rainbow KB & black screen.

Just arrived and completed ALL driver updates. As well, Microsoft's updates. 

Windows 11 upgrade went perfect.

Finally got into my email. EVERYTHING was bliss.
Decided to open "Command Center". Looked around, didn't change anything.....BLACK SCREEN.

Now, it's just stuck at boot-up... with 2 Red & 7 Blue blinks on power light. Continuous rainbow keyboard & black screen.

There "Is no chat available for this product."

Any assistance...is there an Alienware Tech Support phone #?
