hello friends, a client of mine added a new Avamar client, but when trying to back up and look for the file in the dataset I get the following message.
Avamar version is 6.0
someone already did this happen? Can you help?
Any recommendations on what I can try?

Hi,
This seems to be a CID mismatch issue.
Can you please check if there are 2 clients registered to the Avamar with the same name, one with long name and one with short name.

the client was registered with 2 ips.

If these are physical machines, try re-activating these two clients. The Administrator Server appears to be confused about which IP address belongs to which client.
