i need your help, i can`t firmware upgdade for sCV3020 storage, How can i upgdate ?

Are you having an error when updating the firmware? What issue are you facing?
What firmware are you trying to update? What is your current version of SCOS?
Usually the updates are mostly done using the Storage Manager or Dell EMC Unisphere Management.
