I ordered a Alienware Aurora R12 on March 12th. Dell gave me a delivery date of March 18th (this seemed really quick) I noticed it was still not going into production. When I called customer care they assured me it was not delayed. No more than 2 hours after talking with this person I received an email saying that my order was delayed until April. Just seems really shady on Dell's part. I don't understand why you would sell a PC on sale, then have constant delays because you can't fill the order. I guess I'm more upset that I have the monitor, desk, and other components for my PC just chilling until Dell can figure out their issues. From other forums I am expecting multiple delays. I will never use Dell again. Clearly, they are not the same company I have worked with in the past.
