I bought an Alienware M14X R2 laptop on November 24th and my expected delivery date is the 10th of December. Currently, my order is still in production and I really need this laptop by the expected delivery date because I will be travelling by the 14th. I don't want my order to be delayed because I won't be back until January.

Is there anything I can do to make sure my delivery will be on time? I have already tried calling multiple times to dell customer service and they assured me that my order would be shipped this past Friday (7th Dec) but as of now THE 9TH OF DEC, my order is still listed as "in production"....
