After reading this thread on this issue, its December 30th and we as well can not access the Dell DFS site. I have tried a lot of the suggestion in the thread to no avail. When I go to our account page and look up orders it says it only list orders from last 2 years and its blank. Odd considering we have had a many orders in the last 2 years. Still can not pay on account, still can not reconcile the account balances with our accounting and its EOY now so that's an issue. Customer Care is not helpful. When are you going to fix this problem? You are a computer company.
